The Cardiovascular system consists of the heart, and a closed system of vessels called arteries, veins, and capillaries. The heart is the pump responsible for maintaining circulation of oxygenated blood around the vascular of the body. The heart provides the force necessary to circulate the blood to all the tissues in the body. Your heart is a muscle just like any other and in order for it to become strong it must be worked. Thats why its good to maintain a good cardiovascular system .around 30 mins is the right exercise for your heart .that is enough for one day to keep you real healthy.
If you fail to work it, it will weaken over time and this can cause a variety of negative health effects.Performing cardiovascular exercise also changes the hormonal profile in your body considerably. It releases feel good hormones that will help ease symptoms of depression as well as releasing hormones that decrease the appetite .by swimming the heart is working a little or a lot harder depending on how fast you swim. swimming uses almost all te major muscle groups so that increase your heart pump . Swimming itself helps your heart out a lot with all the fast movement going on. there is many ways to work your heart out one way is to run at least 30 minutes. i can live a healthier life by doing more exercise that work just work out or muscle but our heart as well like running swimming sports.from know on i will do more exercise for my heart knowing how important it is.during the summer i will continue to do exercise for my cardio.i will go swimm or runn outside and play or play sports with my family.i will no longer sit at home watching tv kning myb heat need a work out . im ensuring you that my heart will be stronger after thi summer. |
